Have you tried to print from your laptop? connect your laptop to the copier and see what happens.
    check HDD
    firmware update
Look in to the printer log for any error.

Sounds more like a fuser temp issue. Pop another fuser in to test.

Make sure print driver port set to LPR and lp as queue name. This will send the job to the copier HDD and spool faster.
Sending to raw goes to memory. Color print jobs a larger than b/w and fill memory faster.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

                Hi there!
About 4 weeks ago, we had a Diana slow in scanning, printing & copy. My fellow changed the HDD - OK. Then, a week ago the machine started to copy very slow, no matter DF or glass. Changed belt, pressure-roller and 3 thermistors, heard nothing again from the customer.
                Greetings...

i supposed you hit the key targets. Namely, the Pressure Roller and the 3 thermistors.
