    [CQ] Shrink copy (MPW 2400)

    Image shrinks when using the paper casette but image is fine when using bypass unit.This problem occurs intermittently.For example, there are items numbers 1-15 in a good image but when you copy the original items no. 1-3 is missing.See attached pictures for image quality problem .Sorry for bad picture quality because I only use low-resolution camera.       I do not hae any of the 2400s, but in the other wide format machines I have seen this problem and is caused by something causing the paper to stall. Check the drum drive system to make sure the belt and gear are tight. If the drum stutters you will not get an error code, only what you are seeing. If the original stalls you will get an error code.

          It's possible the lead edge is buckling at the fuser entrance (toner buildup?), causing the paper to stall at that point under the drum.
