    hi
just see if the charge level is changing after 10 copies or if you locked the right door (1500v to 2000V)...

Are you sure the machine has the correct developer in it? 2045 uses Type 26, 1045 uses Type 18. I have seen this result from wrong developer being installed.

        Here are some additional checks:

        (1) If you replaced the Drum did you do the following setups:

        SP3001 ID sensor intial
SP2805 Developer Initialization (Also called Process Control on most copiers)
SP001-001 Charge Roller voltage to -1450 to -1500V

        (2) The bias contact on the rear of the Drum Unit may be bent in, which will give you completely black copies.

        (3) Is the Dev Ground Plate still in place. I have seen techs loose this part when replacing the developer.

I saw one in a techs bag once, he said he didn't know where it went but didn't want to throw it away in case he found out. I think he's bussing tables these days.

What does that mean, "it changes everytime"? Every copy? Everytime you look at it?
Developer bias can change whenever process control runs. Most of the time it will run from PM to PM at the default (1500) If it is going as high as 2000, you have something else out of spec. It could be anything listed in this thread.
Have you checked any of those yet?

if it changes every time after 10 copies from 1500 to 2000!! changes the maximum value 2000 to 1700 for example ,SP2 005 4 we have this problem after copying smc list, checking all sp with your manual

The sp-2005 -003 stopped changing but the machine still have developer in the pcu unit even after the unit was cleaned.
                  I changed the drum too.
If anybody have another idea, please, answer me.
                  thanks

How long has the developer been in there? If it has been or is undertoned, it will cause the symptoms you describe.
In the absence of anything else, I think I would CRAM the engine SP5801-2, replace the developer, run 2801, 2802, 3001-2.
Everything should be a factory specs at that point.
As has been mentioned make sure you are using the correct supplies.
