    [CQ] Nashuatec MP 2000

    Hi everyone,
    I need your help,
After a general servicing, when i try to print the total counter(User tools) it's ok ,so i think that the Photoconductor Unit (PCU) is ok but when i places a document on the exposure glass or in the ADF unit to make a copy,i got plenty of black lines on the copy. Then after some copies, the machine indicate sc code 144. I have replaced the SBU,there was no sc code but the black lines were there. I have replaced the whole scanner unit, the BICU even the LD unit but the black lines remain on the copies, either using exposure glass or ADF.
    Please adviced.
    Thanks and regards.

I presume the optics and the white plate are clean. Check the mirrors for deviations and run SBU-Auto Adjustment in SP4-428.

when you replaced the lens block did you also replace the ribbon cable from the ccd array. i have had this issue on a smaller MP171 machine before and it was the ccd ribbon cable.

Thanks for your reply but i removed the whole scanner unit(mirrors,CCD,SBU,cables) from another machine and put it on this one . I also replaced the BICU.

You can try to adjust the "ADS-Level"
          SP 4-903 to 180-190.

          good luck!
