      The reset fuse is on the sp820 sp811 fusers u use for the mpc4500 etc ..hope this helps

        to use the sp830 fuser the best thing to do is remove the black bracket that holds the thermostats
        and the large blue connector its 2 screws and a few connectors then swop with old unit if you have time change over the thermostats and one none contact thermistor this worked for me

          I wonder if it's the Engineers or the Marketing dept.that's pushing these upgrades.
          We don't have any of the printer versions in our area tocompare with, but I'm curious if they use the same Black PCU. It's $80cheaper than the copier version. Assuming they're the same I'd expect toget the same life out of it.
          Also do you know what the printer equivalent for theMPc5501 is?
