Is the machine set to DHCP or static IP? Is the IP on the same subnet as the PC(s)? Are you connecting to it's IP address or host name?

You haven't even told us what you've done or checked....
Is the NIC light on? NIC enabled?
Maybe they installed a new router?
Maybe the port is defective in the router?
      Maybe the cable is unplugged?
      Maybe the cable is defective?
Maybe the IP address got changed in the machine?
How about a little more info?\

There's dozens of reasons when we have no details, and you've given us nothing to work with!

Same in our office. "Won't print!"

Is it plugged in? Is it turned on? Is there a network cable? Is that cable attached to something?
(Somebody had disconnected the network cable to plug in a network phone.)
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
