That would be NCU parameter 01 on the typical Ricoh fax option. It would show Value of 1 you can change to what ever you need.

i got the manual but i cant find anything regarding ring on the manual,tats bad

In the fax option portion of the manual, it is in the "bit switches" topic. Make sure to follow the instructions there, otherwise bad things could happen.

Really? I just did exactly what I suggested to you earlier, and searched "rings" in the Aficio 2027 service manual (fax section), and found EXACTLY what you're asking for.
Hint: It's SP2-xxx-x

ok i found it sp2-103-6 its currently 0 i try to change it to 5 but seems no effect,look same my phone ring 1 sound n the fax receive directly,n i using auto reception now.
