    MPC4500 Mark on Page

Client running a lot of fill on a newsletter. It is making a random crinkling looking mark on the page.

Fuser, transfer, drums all look good.

    Running decent hammermill paper.

    Any thoughts?

Change the paper type in the tray to Middle Thick or Thick 1, that will slow the machine down and make sure the image is fused correctly.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.
