I have an MPC2800 that has a bad hard drive. Fax is stuck with loading on the display. I cannot print or scan and I cannot enter SP mode. There are no error codes. If I disconnect the drive, I can enter SP mode, fax and print. Is there any way to save the address book so I can install it later. Thanks, Roger.

SP5846-051 should let you copy the address book from the HDD to an SD card.Comment

Best method is to use the WIM to backup the address book even the machine stall.
