MP W2400 cutter problem

Got a wide format machine with a feed problem like: the cutter is not going all the way to left and it stucks almoust to the left end, and the paper when is feed it got jam becouse of it.The jam is random and a screatching noise is hearing.
The gears and the motor from cutter are ok nothing is stuck there.
Any other ideeas what this could be ? Thx

Don't spent your time here...
open your toolcase, your service manual , take your favorite screw-driver,
bent your knees and follow the procedure to find out : what is down under the cutter
that blocks paper path...

Cutter on this machine is so simple one good look should tell you what is happening. Run the knife in diagonostics and watch it work. Most problems are caused by small slivers of paper getting into the knife drive gears or cable problems.

faced this problem before and it was the feed clutches on the feed roller tray. try to interchange the clutches from paper roll 1 to roll 2.

I clean everything in cutter section, i push out a bit the left switch, and yes i was thinking about the clutch.Since today no jams, i will see in next days.Thx for ur ideeas.
