    R-1035

Having an intermittent misfeeding problem mainly on multiple copy runs; when it starts it can be as few as 2 copies; can't get it to stop on single runs. Paper stops as it enters the switch-back/exit unit. I'm thinking end sensor; I brought one out but apparently is worse off than one in machine. Am I on the right track???
    Thanks!!!

    What jam codes? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Are all the paper tray sizes set correctly, both on the dials and in User Tools?

The interchange unit has a gate in it which starts to stick on the muffling pads. You'll have to take the whole scanner unit off, take out the interchange unit and remove the pads.

That too, it's on the black guide on the side door when you open it if that makes it easier to find.
