    So it sounds like the board is OK. SC101 only has to do with scanning, so if you prevent the lamp from initializing (jam in finisher) you can print.
    I am sure it is a connection on the SBICU.

          Us and European BICU boards are different part numbers.

            yes diferent number but are they different ? Heard that just have to change the ram with the one from the old board

              You may be right, the voltage and cycles are from a switching power supply. If you have one try it but I wouldnt buy one without knowing for sure

                I certainly wouldn't take the risk Plus I don't think changing the RAM will make much difference between two different region of boards, RAM's pretty universal.... I think.

                Stupid Question, couldn't see it asked but here it goes... is the Scanner jamming as it moves across? I've seen times when the metal for the Chassis of the Scanner unit gets bent "Either in Transit or by the Customer leaning on the left hand side of the Copier while they're waiting"
