[Jamming] 2035 aficio paper size detection failure

first after jamming paper in tray 1 , then size detection failure is occured . and after one day from that when power on the machine tray 2 has the same problem and cannot detect paper size
please help me about solutions that resolve the paper size detection failure

the problem of tray 2 after frequent removing and reinserting tray and change size completely was solved but tray 1 when set on the A4 (short) the machine incorrectly 11*17 but correctly detect size when set on the A4(long first edge)
please help me about troubleshooting problem of tray 1

these problems appeared after printing A4 short first edge on the tray 1
the setting on the machine is all correct

Make sure that the sensor behind the paper dial connected to the mainframe of the machine hasn't gotten the pins that detect the encoder on the tray bent or broken off.

There is a mod bulletin for it on ricoh web. Sensor at the back of the copier comes out. Take the back cover off and ull see it slightly out. I think its the S-S fence arm that goes through that sensor. Just super glue it.
