    MP3350 Jam with Dent from Tray 3

    Okay, cleaned everything and it makes a mark periodically only from large Tray 3. We notice a dent in middle of page that is jammed although it is not hitting anything when the jam occurs where we find the paper.

      Sep pad on cassette.
      Why do they call it common sense?

      If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

          also, check the vertical guide plate. are seated in correctly in the holes.
