[Misc] Ricoh MP C2500 issue: low quality prints, spots and stripes

I changed my office, after moving my Ricoh MP C2500 started to give printing problems. before transporting it worked perfectly ...
    What could have happened?IMG_1110.jpg

    current status:
    All toners C = 30% M = 80% Y = 30% K = 90%
All drums CMYK = 60,000 copies
    Transfer belt 60,000 copies

    I tried:
clean spilled toner from the PCU unit
    clean fuser unit
    clean dust from inside

    result:
improves the quality of the prints, but as you can see in the photo is not good. black and yellow color saturation is improved, but cyan and magenta is not good .

    IMG_1111.jpgWhat can I do?

Hey! Where did you get a picture of my yacht!? (kidding)
Something happened to this machine along the way, or at least since "it worked perfectly". I don't know what exactly. It looks like it may have had a memory clear or something.
Was the machine kept upright? Was it in an enclosed vehicle for the move, or in the back of an open trailer? I don't think we have all the info here, but i do know one thing: You need a tech. This won't be solved with a few words of advice, or a simple dusting out of the interior.

worked perfectly in the old office was printing in photographic quality. was transported with care in a van closed and in a vertical position. was still only one week because I was placing the furniture.

Keep it simple. You need new yellow and cyan drums. What are the pm counter for the dev? You can check that by printing SMS report.

Now I understand what he meant (turbojetboy) for "laser shutter"

In that group I found some bits of toner probably due to transport and have already taken steps to thoroughly clean ...
                - The problem remains.

today I tried four development groups taken from another machine identical to my client that he work perfectly but .. the problem is always more similar than that now with my development groups also bad print black and yellow ... mhh ...

                May be some bad contact?
If so, which may be the workflow to follow?

I thank all who are giving me advice ...

I'm just wondering...at what point will you finally call a technician to have a look? I'm betting that whenever it is, it will be too late.
At a certain point it almost becomes disrespectful that so many visitors to this site lately, have no appreciation for the complexity of these machines, especially since they're more sophisticated than ever!

We're happy to give basic troubleshooting tips to end users, but people need to know their limits.

Rebuilding 2 drums now are you? Good luck with that.

You're going to have a GIANT paperweight by the time you're done if you keep going, and you can take that to the bank!

I am a computer technician (see my presentation in the section) I have a laboratory equipped for this type of work and are in the business for 13 years, I sell Ricoh machines to which I have access to the technical support, only that the technical department told me to refer to the technical manuals, or to achieve the basic course, just that I do not have the technician who followed me this type of work on photocopiers (he died in a car accident two months ago, at peace 'his soul).
I did not ever want to deal with photocopiers because I do not like, I prefer to do other things, but since I have not found anyone to take the place for the maintenance of photocopiers and having a sense of urgency for this printer would fix it quickly without having to take another. now rebuild a development unit is complex but not impossible I've done hundreds of times, but I do not think this solves the problem, since I swapped the development unit (see previous posts) with 4 others took a an identical machine and fully functional but copies, however, are not good.

I agree with sandman not everybody can fix a copier. It take years of experience and practice to become a good one. Nevertheless, the requirements for a job consideration with ricoh copier company is to have at least an a+ or network+. Call me arrogant for saying this but computer repair is the basic entry level for any Ricoh tech. The bottom line is that I did not write to humiliate any professional but to save you from a possible expensive repair. I would call a certified tech.
