    What did you change on the 120k PM exactly?
    Llama God, this question has been asked numerous times and the OP has not graced us with a reply despite this discussion having run onto 2 pages. Its a simple question. Until we receive a reply, I think any further discussion and speculation is pointless.

      To be honest, if he can't fix a copy quality problem on one of these little things then he's best off giving up and going to the pub, particularly if this is the standard of his servicing.

          120k is a kit compose of all the rolling parts plus the cleaning blade...

            the machine already running well

            pcu broken seal drum side..

            a mylar film strip just fronting the cleaning blade..
