No issues for me as of yet (except for the ever-present Java foibles) but I fail to see how this is any way an improvement. They managed to make me learn how to navigate the learning center all over again and force me to remember two different passwords (learning center won't accept my old one due to complexity requirements), so that's great.

AFAIK you don't have to be employed by a Ricoh dealer to get your TSRC password reset - you just need to have a valid Tech ID, and to have a valid Tech ID all you have to do is attend any Ricoh training class, and pass the final exam.
