fax not printing,going to hdd

I have turned the fax forward off,set the bit switch 32(select destination typr priority)to prnt,and still it recieves the faxes into hdd.
The client can prnt them from there of coarse,and says but just started by itself(umm hmmm) they want to kill trees,to me this is way better but thier eighty years old and dont like tech so much.
In the forwarding section it will not let me choose print it says..:reception file already exists setting cannot be changed:
do i have to delete the faxes on the hdd before i can change this? I wouldnt think so,.. but anyway
any help is appreciated .

In my experience before making changes to your fax options, any faxes should be printed out or deleted, only then can you make your changes.

I belive its in your user switches sw1 bit 3.

In the fax user tools, select administrator tools, page 3/3 , reception file setting, change from store to print.
