    [Dead] MPC 3001 with SC 672

    Hello

    I have big problems with an Aficio MPC 3001, it shows a SC 672, i've replaced the BICU, NVRAM ,HDD, MEMORY MODULES and the CONTROLLER BOARD............code still remains!!, any ideas???????

    Did you reseat all connections between the control panel and it's controller board? (That is what this SC number is about).

      You have to replace the motherboard. It's the board that the controller and MFP options plug into. Good luck!

        I'd try another ops panel first, and if that does't sort it, check your harness between the ops panel and the controller for a pinched wire. Only yesterday I had this issue, but in my case it was the controller.

            Yes i replaced the controll panel....but still SC672.........

              UPDATE!!!

              Problem solved!.

              changed the fuser inductor!! (IH-SUB ASSY)......now everything ok!
