Force incoming LG size to print on LR

Customer wants received LG size documents to automatically resize and print on LR size paper. Tried everything, including parameter settings 10 bit 3 - didn't work.
This is about various Ricoh copiers that have fax option kit installed.

I've only done this once before (several years ago), but I seem to remember that I manged to get it worked out in fax SP mode (Printer Switches) with SP1-103-004 & 005.
Check out the descriptions there. I think you'll find your solution with a little trial and error.
I just had a look at it again, and now I have a headache!
It sure seems far more complicated than it needs to be.

    Hope this helps.

That rings a bell, Sandman. I had the same experience a few years ago too.

      Sounds right.

So you want only fax receptions to reduce 78% and print onto letter, or prints, copies, scans, ... any other features? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks much, makes you wonder why such basic feature would call for such complex solution, but - we've got it. Ricoh engineers!
