Please use the search option, resetting the admin password is common knowledge; and easily accessible, even with Google.

Also, if you are a Ricoh tech you can enter Factory SP and try resetting there.

Factory SP are for Ricoh engineers only (in fact most engineers don't know how to access them), if you don't know how to use them then you shouldn't be using them.

Sorry, it is a security measure to prevent criminals from taking over a stolen machine. If you changed the password and you don't remember it, you will need a tech to come out and change some expensive parts on the machine, after which all your settings will be lost.

Have you tried using the supervisor account to reset the password? That works most of the time. The other super secret way shouldn't be attempted by anyone who isn't qualified.
