Ricoh 1232C

Have another Ricoh problem. This 1232C will run perfect black/while copies and perfect one color copies. But when running in full color the first maybe 3 inches looks as if the colors are not mixing correctly. Second part of color copy is fine. Have swapped lasers and replaced the ccd in scanner. Please give me a hand.

That's it.

If you're feeling brave, you could try pulling off the assembly and cleaning all the bushings and shafts, but it's not 100% successful. Even after all that work, I've still had some that had to be replaced due to just being worn out.

Take off the top cover and check that the cleaning clutch gear is spinning around, if that looks ok, it will be the clutch pack (which also has this cleaning clutch on it)
