anyone have sc995 on a 1075?

got a call this am for a sc995 on a old 1060/1065 copier.
i know to check hdd,loose conections,memory,and charge corona for arc..
am i missing anything?
its a machine wth about 2mil and i am looking to upgrade them in the upcoming months..

I found that updating firmware got rid of this problem.

i think i can find my flashcard but havent done a 1060 firmware in years..........
are you doing just engine and system?

Yes, this would normally solve the problem. But, if you can, i would recommend updating all of it.

1060 firmware is SD card isn't it?

That is probably the older, larger one, as opposed to the newer, smaller one.

no the 1060/1075 use the old big 4meg flash cards..
the mp5500-7500 use the sd cards,
and the 2051 between the above"i think",cant say for sure uses the 4meg flash card too

Anything from the AF1060-75 downwards requires flash card

Anything from the AF2051/60/75 upwards has SD card

you are right on that,
i didnt sell many of the 2051 series,
went to the 5500.6500,7500...
which i found out used the same pm parts and fuser units..

well it turns out my 995 code is really a 955 code,after i make a visit..
and to make it more fun it has a sc 122 code when scanning or copying from the glass.
scan goes forward on all size originals but on the return just a slight jitter n code out..
on repower comes home no problem..
blew out home sensor and cl rails..
thinking the motor,sensor or board...
did not see any 955 code come up...

and to make it more fun it has a sc 122 code when scanning or copying from the glass.
scan goes forward on all size originals but on the return just a slight jitter n code out..

replaced home scan sensor,still coding out,and then the brd that connects to the scan motor and that took care of the sc 122
