Change display language on MPC305 SPF

Hi.

Im trying to change the default language to swedish on this brand new machine MPC305. According to the service manual the default languages can be changed with SP mode (SP5-009-002 to 006) in order to display languages other than the defaults.

Select a language from the SP mode menu. For example, if “Swedish” should be registered as the first
language, execute SP5-009-002, and select “11” (Swedish).

But SP5-009-002 to 006 does not exists on this machine (I have tried special SP-mode also). However SP5-009-201 to 204 does exists (add display language) and concists of multiple bit switches (all set to 0 as default).

I have searched for Language-firmware and Operation Panel-firmware at My-ricoh.com, but found nothing.

Anyone who know how to change this?

You'll probably need the language firmware for this model to install the Swedish language pack. It's a relatively new machine so it may be on its initial version. Try doing a search for firmware using the build number as a modifier.

What language(s) are on the machine now?

The default languages on this machine is German, English, Italian, Spanish and French.

use the wim to set the available languages. Device management > configuration > system. Then at the machine select the language.
