Temperature can cause these lines to appear and then vanish as the machine and surroundings warm up, I've have had it many times.
If you look on the SMC you'll find the drum units around or over their life. You can clean the Charge rollers if you have the old type drums in there, it's bit more of a ball ache to clean the modified drums. So I would suggest replacing the affected drums and hope for warmer weather.....

That's interesting... Has anyone else experienced this?

Also is there any place to get just the blades?

I'm not aware that you can get individual parts for these, you could try Katun. But if that's the route you are going down you're only making more problems for yourself. Bite the bullet and replace the unit with OEM parts, that'll make for an easier life for yourself

my company did get a katun kit with a drum and a blade in it but they were not worth a shit. 99% of the time its the charge rollers anyway

Take a look at the PM Counters. These PCU's last for 80k. Cleaning the Charge Rollers is a temporary measure.

100% Charge rollers for me this.

did the New PCU units sort the problem out?

if so. rip apart the old units, and you should clearly see the charge roller lines. (you probs done this already).

oh and dont forget the SC 3902 PCU resets lol.
