[Misc] RICOH AF1075 developer problem

Hi,

I have a problem with AF1075 which is the developer fly into drum unit (there are developer at drum cleaning blade)-but there are no developer in front of drum unit. I have no idea at all why and how it happen.

I bought new developer unit (with new developer type 24) and also new drum. But, the problem is still there!

please help...

Most probably it's bias issue with DV tank,

Check bias terminal or board at the rear end,and make sure no pinched wires against fly wheel.

Hi,

Still could not resolved the problem. there are no wire pinch at fly while. Changed with good working bias board. Anyone have other idea?

Then i'll go for a new DV Tank,
Look this machine is an old beast,lot of wear and tear,If the Doctor Blade gape is out of position you can expect such things so you can swap DV tank from another working machine to diagnose.
