How rectify sc220 problem. Is it laser unit become defective need to
replace with another new one or any way to repair laser unit.
Any option to reset this code.

I'm not trained on this machine, so I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for.
Still, If I was dealing with this I'd double check that the LSU connectors were completely seated. At least on older machines, there is a surprisingly small distance between a fully seated connector and one that isn't fully seated. It might not hurt to check the connections at the other end of the wiring harness that connects to the LSU if time permits. (I don't know about this machine, but I have seen some machines where the connectors for the LSU are in the least convenient places ever, so sometimes double checking the connections has taken a while for me.)
I'm not even sure if that machine is capable of printing in color, but I think error code SC220 has something to do with the laser that is responsible for black and yellow on some color capable machines.
Anyway, I hope there is something at least a little helpful here, and if not I'm sorry for wasting your time.
