    You are up the creek with no paddle.
    Your only option is replace the nvram.

      You might look up the dickhead IT guy that changed it to begin with. If you tried supervisor>no password and that didn't work, I don't know what else you can do.

          i feel your pain - our company bought back several machines off lease (mp6000 & mpc4500's) from a large bank, only to find them locked down tight and all passwords changed. I spoke to someone at Ricoh who walked me thru the old school TelNet, worked like a charm! I will dig up the instructions when i get in back to the office next week.

              here are the instructions for clearing the settings (worked on Lanier LD360 & LD435c);

              print config page, or pull IP address thru settings
              connect via crossover cable to laptop computer
              open 'command prompt' (run - cmd) on computer
              type "telnet (ip address)" [note the space between telnet & ip]
              type "access flush" then hit enter.
              log out and save settings

              Good luck! Let us know if this works on these newer models??

                access flush only removes the ip range allowed for wim access. It has nothing to do with admin and supervisor.

                  Not true. I know a way to cure this problem.

                          I agree, just letting people know there are other ways of doing things
