Yeah, it's trying to load toner then shuts down after while and shows the add toner screen. I suppose I could have a bad board too. I know the machine I stole the pump from, was running when we stored it.

I've never had a faulty board, but I have replaced dozens of pumps

At this point I'm pretty much out of ideas. Maybe I'll have a brainstorm on Monday. Correction, Tuesday. Monday is a holiday, no brainstorms allowed.

You might try a forced toner add with SP 3-015-3 for the black and then recheck the pump and see if toner is in fact getting down there.

I was just wondering Debs what are you finding wrong with the pumps? Is it in the rubber in the pump?

Thank you gentlemen and lady for the help. I will try again Tuesday with the new ideas. Unless we can get it traded out by then, in which case it might accidentally fall down the stars. OOPS
