[Error Code] Pro 550EX

I have a Pro 550 that is giving SC 445. Swapped transfer belts, checked cleaning assemblies, and replaced the ITB drive motor. After replacing motor, code went away for about 2 weeks, only to return early this week. Am I missing a dirty sensor on the back wall of machine? I cleaned waste toner system coming out of ITB. When machine stops, it displays "machine functional error". If you clear jammed paper and reset machine, then you get the SC 445 code. If you manually move the belt, then remove paper from path, the machine will reset and run until next "functional error". Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Just an update on this issue. Pulled ITB and greased inside of drive gear and the gear on the end of the motor. It has been several weeks since we have heard from customer, knock on wood. Sometimes just the simplest things work the best.
