Ricoh MPC300:

Got this customer with every morning this message:
" Functional problem detected
Press (restart) after the current process
Repeat settings after the machine has restarted"

doing this the machine will work all day . . . . but the message returns in the morning.

Anyone a clue . . ?

Have you printed and reviewed the smc report?

There should be a related SC code. If it isn't displayed, it will be in the service log.
