6513 doesnt make copy, but printing OK.

Hi everybody,

I have problem with 6513. Machine has fiery 710.
There is not any sc code doesnt make copy, but printing OK. when i hit start (machine is warmed up), it is scaning the orginal and i can hear one rotation of revelver and machine is keep going over for 3 min, but doesnt make any copies. Sometimes i can find paper stuck on registration roller. it is same from all trays.
i checked all setings, i did ram clear, but it is still the same, and
when i scan from fiery, i get black page !??


any advice?

Can you print a counter page or a test pattern from SP4417?

I can't print test patern sp4-417 or sp5-955

IPU board test from the SP mode (SP4-904-001 and SP4-094-002) is OK.

it print: Prints out logging data sp7-809 and 902 Data print: Non-default.

Is the mainframe still connected to everything else when you try to print the IPU test pattern? I would only have power running to the mainframe and test again. Just try to test the printer by itself is what I would try and then add functionality back to the unit.
