This unit just turn sleep after power on, try remove all parts , PCU, Heater, Duplex , but no action

Check your laser unit and in particular the polygon motor.

There is a small diode on the pcb that blows and it gives you a similar issue to the one your control panel is displaying. LCD dead and only green soft switch light displayed on control panel.

There is a RTB for this.

I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. Tech Support had me see if I could get in with the Web Image Monitor and check the machine status for any displayed error codes.
