Paper stands in paper exit no mechanical hit

There is no mechanical hit on the paper, it just stands in the paper exit no matter if its two sided or one sided. We changed the paper exit unit, changed the fusing unit, changed the duplex unit, changed the registration motors and still paper just Stops at the paper exit. Any help would be appreciated
    thx in advance (Aficio 1075)
we had also unplugged the finisher

It might be an idea if you tell us what model it is, if there is a finisher attached etc

Does it have an LCT on it. we had lots of problems with the one way bearings on that causing problems.

jam log error? any paper in the fuser connector - gives various problems if it cant make a connection. does it jam from the bypass or other trays? anybody work on it before you or was this the original fault? input test? does it do it on 1 sheet of paper or only multiple copying? does it buckle as it hits the exit or does it sit half way out?

Yes the paper stops in the paper exit and it says thats its stuck in D, but it just Stops there, there is no mechanical hit, checked the fuser connector and there is no paper its clean. Its the same from bypas, 1 tray, 2 tray, 3 tray, In R format. Nobody worked on it before us, one day it just stopped in the paper exit and it never went through Not a single sheet havent passed till now, whole registration changed still no progres, every board have been replaces and its still the same, only the AC board was not replaced we dont have one. And when the copy is one sided it stands just before it comes out of the paper exit, and on twosided it stands in the middle of the paper exit between the plastics with no mechanical hit at all.. dont know what to do anymore

i had one of these with a lot of miles on the clock, and the exit rollers ridges were worn off. But this sounds lie you've got no drive to the exit, if you can't get anything through from anywhere, have you looked at that?

daveyball's got a good point there. If you cheat the front door and run the fuser / exit motor in output mode do you get movement?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                  Hit it.

We need some info from the SMC report. We need to know the jam code, AND if any SC codes are logged at the time of the misfeeds. Not all SC's will be displayed on the screen. You have an interesting problem, and I would like to know a little more about it.

That was the first step I've made The fuser exit motor works perfectly...checked the bearings, belts etc.

On the other hand, does the fuser itself work, even when a sheet of paper passes through it? If not, that would indicate the gears that transfer drive from the machine to the fusing unit are worn and can't handle the increased torque. Or maybe the latches that hold the fuser in place aren't doing their job so that the drive coupling isn't engaged properly.

Is the exit junction gate binding or the solenoid not working? Could be an issue if the paper is supposed to be inverted and never makes it there.
If I remember correctly there was a setting in user tools to force paper to come out face up, you could try this to eliminate any possble inverter issues.
