    ricoh mpc2500 cannot doubleside printing

my ricoh mpc2500 cannot print precisely doublesided... how to handle double sided printing precisely??? we don't take 1-2mm tolerance... 0,5mm ok...

colour not consistent in mpc 2500... left side can be darker, or right side can be lighter... how to handle this problem?

    thanks...

As for the double sided, enter the User Tools>Copy>Edit and make sure the 2nd side shift is set to zero.

For the color issue, print single color copies from all the pcu's to determine if it's all colors or just one color. If it's all colors the ITB might need replaced. If it's a single color you could replace the drum unit or developer.

All this is assuming the machine has had the PM items replaced on time. If it's not, you might want to try making sure the parts are replaced according to the PM cycle. After that run the color and line adjustments through the User Tools> Maintenance screen.

      Faint one side

I've had an inconsistent copy quality on the mcp. Mine was caused by the paper transfere/seperation unit not being in the right position - giving me an uneven grey down the sides on the Ricoh colour test chart.

        uneven color

I believe that there is a TSB on removing the shutter on the laser unit. Check TSB #20. Good luck on the other problems
