[Jamming] Ricoh Aficio 3228c jamming J009

Good evening,

For some reason this copier jams just as the paper makes it onto the transfer belt and the paper is under the cyan and magenta PCU'S. The code "J009" appears in the upper right hand corner of the display and it says that the jam is in areas A and B. Open and close the main, left and right doors and the paper continues up the transfer belt, through the fuser and gets ejected to the standard tray.

Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.
