Ricoh 1015 toner feed prob

Have a cust with a 1015 and I did a complete PM, drum and DV included. Calibrated the Developer but the machine runs the toner out of the mix. It takes about a month to do so. So I go in and and toner and recalibrate. I check to see if Toner Bottles moves and it does. What do I do?

So how do you get the add toner light to go out? Add it manually to the dev unit? Or does forced toner take care of it for a while? This problem did not exist prior to the PM? Oem toner? Have you disassembled, cleaned and checked the 4 mylars within the hopper unit?.

Panel does not ask for toner. The developer is not asking for toner. I calibrate it and works for a while. don't know if this problem existed before PM. OEM toner

Did you use the right bag of developer. I once accidently poured Type 28 in a AF1018, and it worked for a month.
