    weekend puzzle this is a good one

    i have a c3300.....im stumped maybe over looked something

    replaced
    -nvram
    -pcus
    -devs
    -bicu


    enjoy this is a good one

    sp 4417 is at default 0 aswell

    oh ya forgot to mention

    only print jobs perfectly straight cyan lines

    copy works great

    this is only internal prints and color test patterns

        Could be a faulty memory module, check the RAM on the controller and try swapping with another working machine.

          Try a memory clear on the Printer function only- SP5-801-008, then try a calibration.

            have you tried to reset the controller board? as already mention above try sp 5801-8 printer application clear... good luck
            fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

              Had a similar issue but was with white deletions through the black, looked like it was the laser, but ended up being the IPU. Worth a try.

                  Try setting SP4685-01 and 02 and SP4586-01 and 02 and 4587-01-02 to there default Values on the SP MODE FACTORY SETT sheet behind the front cover if its missing set them to 4585-01 and -02 to -73 / 4586-01 and-02 to -58 / 4587-01 and -02 to -66 I've had to do this in the past for similar Fault usually its Magenta Background.

                        The laser writes at different resolutions and powers to discharge the drum charges for prints and copies. Have u tried swap testing the laser or at least reseating the connectors to the laser on both ends? Might be a pinched wire somewhere, also.

                          tried that aswell thanks though that's what I thought at first it was laser unit swapped with different lsu

                            You have tried printing via USB and from your own PC outside of the client network? What about internal prints? Printer SP 1103-2 for colour test page.

                              internal print sp1103 is that blue grid pattern
                              auto color calibrations are the blue grid pattern aswell
