"Please wait" message during installation MP2352, disconnect hdd still same. Replaced controller board, IPU, BCU and finally PSU same and not success. Thus anyone encounter this trouble? Please help. Thanksin advance...

Is fuser assembly warming up?
At this point all I can think of is Aficio 700 when it bugs up and gives me this without SC or anything,or simply won't go in ready state and fusing assebly is cold.

have you looked up TB 013 I tired to upload it but it errors out.

Try replacing laser unit.

Replace the NVRAM and the EEPROM chip on the BCU. When that chip is faulty/broken pins, it causes this exact symptom.

Athlontini I take BCU from new machine and test it in the machine which have a problem but still same until all parts of the machine I canivalized transfer in the machine no success..

If you call Ricoh they're likely to tell you to replace both the BCU and EEPROM, brand new, together as a set. If it was a brand new machine you cannibalized them from then I guess we'll rule them out.

Are you getting appropriate voltage from all connector pins on the power supply?

Yes! All voltage are okey. The cannibalized machine I already installed in the customer its work fine! I experience this problem many times only disconnect the HDD its work.

you almost changed everything inside the new machine. maybe it's time to change the engineer("Please don't wait).just kidding. were you able to access the sp mode?

If it has a FAX option installed, remove the FAX option. If that allows it to boot, replace both the GWFCU and the MBU.
