    MP3352 led stand by on

Hi everybody, I have the machine in the object that has a strange (for me) problem: I power on the machine, the led of the stand-by is on, from the power board I hear several clicks, but any motors don't moves, the display is off.
The fuses are ok, I checked the 5V and I founded on the RED wire, I checked the 24 V but I didn't found on the white wire.

I think that may be the power supply unit (AZ23 0257)or the PCB: SDb (M026 5194).

    Anyone had my unlikely problem?

    Thanks a lot

White wire is ground. May be the PSU but more likely a controller or BCU issue.

The Ricoh tech told me that the white wire was 24v, I'll check better the right wire. When I power on the machine, I hear several click on the power supply side; I think that this strange rumour could be referred to the power supply unit, do you think it could be the controller?

I could be the capacitor on the pSu is burned but you cannot see it. Just try a new PSU and take it from there.

I've changed the PSU, BICU and IPU. The problem is the same. I'm waiting for the Controller, but I'm not so optimist..

            Any ideas?

Could be the laser motor and or bicu shine a torch onto the touch screen to see if its showing any sc codes.

Is there a short circuit in 24v circuit?
It can down the power supply
