[Error Code] MP 2500 SC411

Hi all
The m/c gives me a copy (slightly faint) then throws up this code,I removed & cleaned the transfer plate but no joy,the only issue I can see with the plate is that a small section of the teeth look worn or deformed. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

I remember a discussion on this code in an old thread somewhere. The agreed solution was to replace the whole transfer roller assembly because of a broken contact terminal in the discharge plate housing. I'd probably try that before a high-voltage board.
