[Error Code] ALL Toners indicate EMPTY

I have here a Ricoh MPC 3500 with very strange toner issues.

The machine has a FULL set of new toners but still indicates in the colour level chart that ALL toners are out.
plus, on the bottom left of the touch panel it has been saying "Cyan almost empty" for the last 3 months.
But, after all this going on, the machine still works with no problems at all.

i have changed the Cyan toner pump and tube, along with trying other toner cartridges. (still no luck).

surely there has to be some sort of reset code in SC mode?

    thanks.

Have you checked any SC-codes that are logged? Could be an RFID-problem.

Since all four are bad it could be a loose connection to the RFID board or a bad board.

Process Control, MUSIC, and TC Adjustment are all forbidden during toner near end. Change SP 3519-001,002,003 all to 0 to permit these function when add toner is displayed. SP 3045 can be used to disable Toner End Detection.

It seems that these lot of machines are bad for not detecting new toner. 4502's seem to give me the worst grief when it comes to this problem.
