3245C fax standby file

This machine just started to store fax files in the RX fax standby file section . I pressed the information button on the display but it doesnt show anywhere where the files are or how to get them out of the machine . Am I missing something or has anyone run into this before and if so how do I print this standby file out ?

Somebody has set reception to "store". You may be able to view and delete them via the WIM. I'm pretty sure they need to be wiped out one way or another before you can set it back to 'print'.....

Save received documents on the hard disk of the device

1. On the operation panel of the device, press the [User Tools/Counter] key.

1. Press [Facsimile Features].

1. Press [Administrator Tools].

1. Press [Next] two times.

1. Press [Reception File Settings].

1. Press [Store], and then press [OK].
