Somebody has set reception to "store". You may be able to view and delete them via the WIM. I'm pretty sure they need to be wiped out one way or another before you can set it back to 'print'.....
Save received documents on the hard disk of the device
- On the operation panel of the device, press the [User Tools/Counter] key.

- Press [Facsimile Features].

- Press [Administrator Tools].

- Press [Next] two times.

- Press [Reception File Settings].

- Press [Store], and then press [OK].
