    Unplug the HDD's and reboot. If it comes to ready you know your drives have failed.

              Hallo....the problem does not resolved...it keeps please wait,and i have change all the HHD"s,but the copier keeps please wait,and if i only take out the third HDD,it become in ready condition,without the signs of the duplex unit,and it does not make a copy,when you press the copy,it keeps please wait!....
              Any advice????

                That means you have some problem with the HDD. As this unit has 4 HDD you have to format/replace the ones giving problems.
                After replacing or formatting it on the PC you can reformat it in the machine with SP5 832.

                  Make sure they are all the same make model and size too as a mismatch can cause them not to work, as previously discussed on las post format with spvonce in machine.
