Have a Pro550 that had light black prints. Found that the K developer was low. Replaced developer and reset parameters of K dev. All prints looked good, with good fill and deep black color for two days. Now hearing from customer that images are fading to gray and disappearing. It has been a few years since I have dealt with a machine pulling developer. This machine has a new drum and blade with new wax bar. The original developer was old, but only a little over life. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check if have a toner in developer unit ,maybe not throwing toner pump sufficient amount of toner.

Check the development drive. If the development roller is turning slow it can cause light prints.Comment
