Does it show up on prints and copies? If it's just on copies, it may be some of the good old fashioned scanner sag: I haven't really seen it on the newer boxes but these have been out in the field long enough that it's possible that the machine has been leaned on enough to throw off the paper path.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that it shows up on prints as well.

Is there any reason you haven't replaced the charge roller, blade and brush? Seems a bit odd to put a brand new drum in with a worn blade?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Hit it.
