    Pressure Roller Thermistor Ricoh CL7000

Is there anywhere else to get a Pressure Roller Thermistor aw10-0074 other then Precision Roller?

I'm troubleshooting a sc552 and I would much rather purchase this part then a whole new unit.

    Thanks

You can get parts from Ricoh. Although, I don't think you can get individual fuser parts for that model.

Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.
Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed.

Try inputting the part # in Google and see what sites pop up.
Other than that buy the fuser from Precision and save old one for parts.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

        Cool, thanks!

I guess I'll just order a new fuser and wait for the back ordered thermistor in case it happens again.

        One other question...

Do you have to be a service tech to get firmware update?
I couldn't find one on their site anywhere. Apparently there's' a fix related to thermistor errors???

        TIA
