    the problem was not the problem...

    Just in order to let you all participate my problem about Postscript SD card corrupted... I solved the problem...

    The card was not corrupted...It was only the wrong card....
    I checked the serial numbers and I identified that the one I own is for Ricoh 2238 and not for DSC445 that is the newer product...

    Nashua sent me the wrong product (we placed the right order).......It was 3 years ago... the customer never used PS until now......So i hope they will change it for free...

        nope i dont see the aficio 2238C model...
        i did find out that this model is discontinued tho
        i hope that wont prevent me from trying to get a PS card

                Nemmy, you should ask for a Type 2232 Postscript SD card. Well in italy is not anymore provided (maybe some dealer has a old stock but it's difficult). This is the correct name for Postcript card for Aficio 2238c

                The ilarious think is that mine sd card is the one you need it... If my suplier do not need substitution or the returning part I will contact you to try to get an agreement.

                Well you can also try ask to IKON corporation. Or Lanier Corporation In US is a very known brand.....selling ricoh product.

                    Similar problem

                    Im having a similar problem as well. But in my case I do have the PS card installed.

                    I've added the copier on a windows based pc. Printing works. On the Mac I have managed to add the copier but when I try printing a document, in the printer queue, printer get paused. Whey i try resuming printing it automatically pauses the printer again.

                    Does AppleTalk only work on wired network? Will it work over a wireless environment?

                    Anyone have any idea on a solution?

                        hi. i'm having the exact same problem with my aficio 1515mf. in mac osx 10.5 i can see it, but any printing causes the printer to "pause" and nothing ever prints.

                        did you solve this one? if so, could you tell me how?
