Hello Guys,

Could you be so nice to give some of your experience with paper misfeed J073. We already clean the 2 duplex sensors in Paper registration. What else do we need to do.

Three things usually cause this jam. Check the plastic plate on the left. The front pin is plastic and gets bent causing a misallignment. Second after 2-3 million on the bottom side of the same tray will crack causing jams. Third remove the metal cover and check the play of the solenoid. The pin where it fits into the paper guide will get at an angle not allowing free play. One of these solutions should fix it.

The pin was stock and not correctly positioned. We put some lock on this PIN so it will not get in a wrong position and not movable. Is it advisable to replace this part? Thank so much!
